When you make a purchase at Pierre Part Store, we want you to be completely satisfied.
If it is necessary that you return an item, you may do so within our current return policy guidelines listed below.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and only items purchased from Pierre Part Store, L.L.C. will be accepted
Any item being returned must be in its original and unused condition
Food items cooked by the customer are not subject to return
All items must be returned within 90 days of purchase
Outdoor power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, blowers, tillers, trimmers and pressure washers, etc.) are not subject to return. Defective or damaged items will be repaired in accordance with manufacture warranty.
Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. These items in general are not subject to return. In the event the item is damaged or defective, the customer will have the option to cancel or re-order the item.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or returned for Cash, Credit or Check. However, they may be applied to your outstanding store account balance.
Holiday and Seasonal clearance and closeout merchandise are not subject to return
A restocking fee may apply to any item returned
Returns for purchases through a Pierre Part Store Charge Account will be credited to the account from which it was purchased
All returns for refund or exchange must be brought immediately to the customer service desk upon entering the store
All returns for refunds or exchange must be approved through a member of management.
Pierre Part Store, L.L.C. reserves the right to make changes to this existing Customer Return Policy at any time.
